Made a carry out order. Went to pick up and owner was rude so I asked to cancel and get refund. He refused and asked me to leave. I refused and he finally agreed to refund. Then he punched me in the mouth. Fortunately for him he hits like a girl and I didn't feel like sending him to the hospital. Will never go back. Place is really dirty inside too. Don't patronize this place

had an extremely disappointing experience with Vino's Pizza. Our office placed a large catering order several days in advance for an event. About an hour before the event, we received a call that our order was being canceled because their oven had broken. While unexpected issues can happen, we were understanding and managed to quickly find another vendor so our event could continue. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. We were told that our payment would be refunded, but no refund was processed. I had to contact the restaurant myself to follow up. When a refund was finally issued, it was for less than the amount we were charged. I had to reach out again and was told a manager would call me back, but I never received a call. I also contacted the phone number listed for direct management and never received a response. At no point did anyone proactively reach out to apologize, explain the situation, or resolve the issue. When I contacted them once more, the employee who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. He used profanity during the conversation, refused to provide his name, and was disrespectful throughout the call. It was shocking behavior, especially con

Excellent experience at Vino’s Pizzas – Jacksonville From the moment we walked in, the attention was phenomenal and made us feel very welcome. The service was fast and top-notch, always attentive to every detail. We ordered the white pizza and it was delicious, with incredible flavor and perfectly prepared. To top it all off, the dessert was simply spectacular. Additionally, the place was spotless—very clean and pleasant. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.

Vino’s is an unassuming little pizza shop, but I’m genuinely glad we stopped in and gave it a try. The service was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating for my vegetarian family, which made the whole experience even better. The pizza was outstanding with a great crust, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melty mozzarella. The fresh garlic bread was a hit at the table and paired perfectly with the meatball appetizer I ordered to soak up every last bit of sauce. I also tried the wings, and they were delicious. They recommended a buffalo hot and lemon pepper combo, and I’m glad I trusted them because it was spot on. The family is already asking to go back, and based on how much we all enjoyed it, Vino’s is definitely getting added to our regular rotation.

I really wanted to live this pizza. Unfortunately it was wet, soggy. I know I got mushrooms and peppers but the water that remained after cooking was a bummer. Ham was near tasteless and in small diced chunks. Crust was why I gave 3 rather than 2. Pepperoni pizza was good, not as soggy. Great staff friendly and the price was very fair.
